Due to the exceptional circumstances created by the war in Irak, and the recent SARS outbreak, the organization committee has decided to allow late registration for scientists that were uncertain to come. Last minute registrants shall be allowed to present only posters, and no guarantee can be given that their abstracts might be printed in time in the Book of Abstracts.
