SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMS



 

We would like to invite your organization ( company or institution ) to participate as a kind sponsor to our conference. Your organization might be interested to to present a poster and have a more detailled presentation during the poster sessions that will be held in a different hall.

We kindly requested that our sponsors should present scientific information as well as informational or commercial brochures as it is the custom for a conference organized in an academic site.This would be of mutual benefit both for the conference and your organization since it will offer you the opportunity to show the high scientific value of your own research and development effort.

Organizations may contribute to the symposium in one of the following ways:

A) Platinum sponsorship

  • Organization's logo and informations ( including links) in the I3S 2003 website and in the online proceedings (one full page in the Journal Sensors) circulars and abstract book.
  • One full page in the printed edition of the proceedings (Journal Sensors), along with five copies of the printed edition. The printed edition shall be available not latter than six months after the conference.
  • A display table where brochures may offered.
  • One poster panel during the poster sessions
  • Amount : 2000 euros
B) Gold sponsorship, identical to A) except that there no participation in the printed edition.
  • Amount: 1500 Euros.
C) Vermeil sponsorship
  • Organization's logo and informations ( including links) in the online proceedings (one half page in the Journal Sensors), I3S 2003 website circulars and abstract book.
  • One half-page page in the printed edition of the proceedings (Journal Sensors), along with five copies of the printed edition. The printed edition shall be available not latter than six months after the conference.
  • Amount: 1000 Euros.
D) Silver sponsorship
  • Organization's logo and informations ( including links) in the online proceedings (one half page in the Journal Sensors), I3S 2003 website circulars and abstract book.
  • Amount: 500 Euros.
E) Bronze sponsorship
  • Organization's logo and informations ( including links) the I3S 2003 website, circulars and abstract book.
  • Amount: 500 Euros.
